1) Qualitfication:

Full time & regular B.Sc.(Chemistry) Degree from UGC / AICTE recognized University / Institution with Physics as one of the subject during any of the 3 years course of B.Sc. Degree and passing of The National Council of Vocational Training (NCVT) examination. NCVT in the Attendant Operator (Chemical Plant) i.e. AO(CP) Trade. The NCVT in AO(CP) Trade is necessarily be completed after passing of
B.Sc.(Chemistry) Degree.

2) Minimum Percentage:

The candidates should have secured minimum 55% marks in last year (or Average / Aggregate of last two semesters) of B.Sc.(Chemistry) Degree (50% for SC/ST category candidates). Upper Age Limit as on 01.03.2022: 29 years for Unreserved/EWS Category, For SC / ST Category – 34 years, For OBC Category – 32 years, For PwBD Category (General) – 39 years, For PwBD Category (SC/ ST) – 44

b) The Candidates with HSC(Science) and direct admission to second year/ 3rd Semester of Three Years’ Diploma in Chemical Engineering/Technology from UGC / AICTE recognized University / Institution and successful completion of one-year training (BOAT) under the Apprentices Act-1961 (Amendment 1973). The one-year training (BOAT) should necessarily be completed after passing Diploma in Chemical Engineering/Technology.

Minimum Percentage:
The candidates should have secured minimum 55% marks in last year (or Average / Aggregate of last two semesters) in Diploma Course (50% for SC/ST category candidates). For Junior Fireman Grade II (A3) (Rs.18000 -42000)

Qualification:
SSC with 6 months’ full time fireman certificate course from State Fire Training Center, Govt. Institute (SFTC) / recognised by Government of India. Distance learning / Correspondence / Part-time course will not be acceptable. The candidate shall possess valid Heavy Motor Vehicle Driving License. Learner license will not be acceptable.

Experience:
Minimum one-year experience in ‘Industrial Fire-fighting’. Experienceshould be after acquiring above prescribed qualification. Period of Training including Apprentice Training will not be considered as experience.

Upper Age Limit as on 01.03.2022: For SC / ST Category – 34 years, For OBC Category – 32 years. Additional Concession for Ex-Serviceman/ Children / family members of the victims of 1984 riots – 5 years +++ Ex-serviceman: The criteria for full time regular course shall not be insisted upon in case of Ex-serviceman provided, they possess a requisite equivalent qualification that has been acquired during the service period and is recognized by AICTE/MHRD, GOI. Ex-serviceman claiming an equivalence in qualification shall be required to produce a copy of equivalence certificate by the Concerned Ministry.

RCFL Recruitment 2022 Notification Out

1) DATE OF RECKONING ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA.
The cut-off date for determining eligibility criteria in respect of minimum educational qualification, age and experience shall be 01.03.2022 and will
remain unchanged irrespective of any reason whatsoever.

2) APPLICATION FEES.
Non – refundable application fee of Rs. 700/- (Rupees Three Hundred only) plus Bank Charges and applicable taxes (GST) for the posts in Unionized category are required to be paid by General, OBC and EWS category candidates at the time of submission of online application form. Candidates can opt to pay either through internet banking account or credit/ debit card. No other mode of payment of application fee would be accepted. Application fee once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances. Candidates are, therefore, advised to verify their eligibility before payment of application fee. SC/ST/PwBD/ExSM/Female category candidates are not required to pay any application fee.
3) NATURE OF JOB:
The job requires working in rotating shifts including night shift and the selected candidate may be posted in any plant irrespective of Gender. Also, this job requires high level of physical fitness for heavy nature of jobs which includes lifting of equipment/Valve operations etc. The candidates if selected / provisionally selected would be required to meet the medical and physical fitness standards for these posts failing which they shall be considered ineligible and not qualifying the criteria.

4) SALARY AND OTHER BENEFITS
Recruitment – Post, Grade, Scale of pay & Gross Salary

A. Operator(Chemical) Trainee:
Selected candidate will be undergoing training for One Year and will be paid consolidated stipend of Rs.9000/-. The Hostel Accommodation/quarter on sharing basis (free of cost) will be provided to them during the training period. Medical facility for self will be provided to the extent of RCF Hospital. Available Sports Complex facility will be provided by RCF Ltd.
After successful completion of ONE year of training the Trainees will be absorbed in the ‘A6 Grade’ as ‘Operator Grade – II’ in the pay scale of Rs. 22000-60000/- and the Gross Salary will be Rs. 41,888 (Approx.) which includes Basic Pay +VDA (29.4%)+Perks (34%)+HRA (27%). Besides, on absorption, the employee is entitled to company accommodation, Performance Related Pay (PRP), Free Medical Facility for self and dependents, Gratuity, Contributory Provident Fund, Accident Insurance and Social Security Schemes as per Company rules. Available Sports Complex facility will
be provided by RCF Ltd.

B. Junior Fireman Grade II (A3)
Total Monthly Gross Salary at the minimum of the A3 scale (Rs.18000 – 42000) which includes, Basic Pay +VDA (29.4%)+Perks (34%)+HRA (27%) works out to Rs. 34,272/- approximately. Company accommodation, if desired, will be provided subject to availability in lieu of HRA with standard terms and conditions. Employee is also entitled to Performance Related Pay (PRP), Free Medical Facility for self and dependents, Gratuity, Contributory Provident Fund, Accident Insurance, and Social Security Schemes as per Company rules. Available Sports Complex facility will be provided by RCF Ltd.

5) SELECTION PROCESS
(a) The selection process for the positions in worker’s category of Operator (Chemical) Trainee and Junior Fireman Grade II comprises of Online Test and
Trade Test.

6) ONLINE TEST
i. Eligible candidates will be required to appear for computer based online objective type test, information for which will be provided in the Admit card.
ii. The online test will be conducted at the centers in cities of Mumbai and Nagpur. Medium of Test will be in Marathi, Rajbhasha (Hindi) and English.
